Meet Ernesto, our founder and owner
Ernesto, a Red Seal plumber and Class B gas fitter with 20 years of experience, founded Rapidius and supervises our work. He enjoys service work for homeowners: figuring out what’s wrong, getting things working again, and leaving a job looking good. He also holds RCMP security clearance.
We explain what we find, talk through your options, and make the costs clear. We charge fairly for the work, with no hidden fees. If another specialist can do a job more efficiently and at a better price, we’ll recommend them. We also remind customers when their on-demand water heaters are due for service, whether they book with us again or not.

Yes. We replace Poly B plumbing, including full-house replacements where required.
Yes. Gas on-demand, tankless water heaters need annual service. We can service the unit and flush the heat exchanger as part of that work.
We handle gas leaks, gas piping, gas appliance connections, gas water heaters, and gas piping for heating systems. We also service and repair existing gas furnaces and fireplaces.
We can install the plumbing connections for those appliances. Repairs inside the appliance itself are handled by an appliance technician.
